• Items purchased in-store can be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Exchanges require the original packaging and receipt.
• Products must be unused and in saleable condition.
• No refunds are offered for in-store purchases—exchanges only.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately at the store or within 48 hours via email at admin@royalperfumesllc.com with proof of purchase and photos.
• In-store purchases are final at the time of payment and cannot be canceled.
