Return & Cancellation Policy

Overview

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — especially perfumes and other personal care items — we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds, whether the item is opened or unopened.

Please ensure you are confident in your selection before placing your order.

The only exception to this policy is if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. If this happens, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing admin@royalperfumesllc.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • A video showing the unboxing and condition of the product upon arrival

This is required to verify the issue and process your request. If approved, please send the damaged or incorrect product back to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will send you a replacement. Please note: we do not issue cash refunds or store credit.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this return policy.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only within 2 hours of placing them. After this period, we begin processing your order and cannot cancel or modify it.

Due to the nature of our products and quick order fulfillment, cancellations after processing are not accepted.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at admin@royalperfumesllc.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request within the allowed time frame.
